Jessica was great in terms of effectively assessing the people waiting and made sure everyone was known. She guided me on the process and went over the services. The other staff that was busy had time to speak with me on a quick ask. Overall great experience- glad i went and tried their service.

I had this item packaged very very well with FRAGILE stickers all over it and it still arrived DESTROYED. Oh, and no need to ever buy insurance with FedEx unless you have a ton of photos, and willing to fight for over 2 months worth of phone calls, being put on hold, dropped calls after being on hold for 30 minutes, etc... Just a horrible experience.
