  Went in needing to print a document. 2 young ladies working the front. 1 young lady helper set me up kind of then walked away. What was supposed to be 5 mins turned into 20 mins and I walked out with no document. I asked if there was another way or help to figure out, she just said I had to wait.

  The self service printer copiers were not functional. I had a meeting and needed last minute copies. It should have taken less than 5 minutes. I selected color and paper size and the machine starts buffering. It was frozen and wouldnt work. The employees in there were not helpful. Saije who clearly didnt want to be there came over and just starts tapping on the machine not actually trying to figure out what was wrong. I am in a rush and they offered no solution. I ask can they please print. They gave me the email to send the document. I tell her I sent it and Saije says nothing just tapping away on the computer. I am thinking she is printing my stuff and she isn't. The other unhelpful employee went to lunch. I tell her I am in a rush since she isn't saying anything and she says when I get it I will let you know. So I am just standing there and the whole time she supposedly doesn't have the document but she says nothing. I the ask can I use this other home printer hooked up to the computer since NEITHER printer copier was working. She says yes but you have to pay. So your stuff doesn't work, you claim email isn't going through and I have to pay because the staff isn't doing their job making sure machines work?!? She then says well its not my problem you're in a rush and I am not the one who broke the machine. Well neither did I but seems that its part of your job to fix them. Not just tap on them aimlessly. I am disgusted by the lack of customer service. The fact printing and copying is what you do and yet couldn't do that simple task is unreal. Luckily, someone at my meeting location got me copies so it worked out but yall are losing business by not having competent and customer service oriented people. Please keep someone on staff that can fix the copiers not just put an out of order sign on them.

  Came in a clutch, they failed. No parking under $8 for one. Had to park across the street in a meter spot hoping to not get towed cause I just want 2 11x17 b&w prints that should cost less than a dollar... not trying to pay $8 minimum for parking... Then we get to the actual place after either paying exorbitant parking or taking a chance illegally parked for a few minutes... Only 1 self-serve station working! So if you're in a rush and there's an inevitable old man taking forever to make a print, you will either have to pay 20x more for your print by having them print it for you or you can just waste your day waiting on the old people in front of you. Sorry I don't have time for this shit.

  This is a big THANK YOU to Frederick! This man was pure grace under pressure and was able to get a last minute presentation package together in a very few hours on a Friday morning. He saved me and my presentation and I want to recognize his attention to detail and appreciation of my emergency.
