Unfortunately, this time, the assistant manager at the location on Westheimer failed to upload the invoice. I went back to the store and despite their error, they acted like I had to fix this by calling their own 1-800 number and sifting through all the automated nonsense. I explained this was the store's mistake in the first place, this was an important package, and I would appreciate the store itself uploading the necessary document and fixing this. An older gentlemen at the store finally assisted and claimed it was done. Last night, I received more emails from FedEx international seeking the SAME invoice. I called the store once more and ONCE AGAIN, they advised I had to fix THEIR mistake. I don't know if this is a FedEx failure or a store failure but the frustration of making it my problem is not acceptable.

I actually went to the Men's warehouse for returns but no one at the counter. The, seemingly, only employee in the place told to me to wait. After a 10 minute wait and no other employee, I submitted a return online and came here to drop it off.
