- BMBis Mal1 day ago2.0I visited a FedEx location to drop off a small item that could easily fit in an 8×8×8 box. When I arrived, an employee approached me and spoke in Spanish first, which I didn’t understand. She then switched to English and suggested I use a much larger box that was clearly too big for my item. I politely asked if I could use an 8×8×8 box instead, but she seemed upset and said that I was making her do more work. She also mentioned that she needed to clock out and was already late, then walked away and started helping with something else. After about 10 minutes, she came back and finally helped me. In the end, I was charged $14.90 for a 12×9×6 box. I don’t mind paying the cost if that’s the correct price, but I believe customers should be able to choose an appropriate box size for their items. Overall, the experience felt unnecessary and the customer service was not very professional.

He was incredibly nice , polite and professional I urgently needed to print a last minute passport documents and he helped me a lot , he instructed me on what to do and made sure i got all i needed after . I didn’t asked for his name but if you see someone with the description above thats him ! Thanks for your help and amazing costumer service
