There was an older man I encountered who told me he wouldn't help and directed me toward self service since I needed a return envelope, which didn't make sense at all. I had a ton of questions and he blatantly refused to answer or help. After a few minutes, I realized I shouldn't be begging anyone to pay for their services and for sure don't want anyone with this level of incompetence handing such important cargo. I left and went to a nearby UPS Store and the kind workers there helped me through the process and had me out in less than 10 minutes. The employees at this FedEx storeare incompetent, unprofessional, and will waste your time. Go elsewhere for you shipping/printing needs!
