He was very patient and understanding of my situation while helping me look through multiple dates and times. It took over a week to narrow down the search due to my uncertainty about the specific day I shipped off the package. Malcolm was there to help me every step of the way and he was extremely patient, which meant a lot. We were able to get everything rectified thanks to him!
