- SLScott LOct 27, 20251.0Went this morning to ship a box that is wrapped with brown paper to be discrete because the manufacturer ships the items in a marked box that people have been targeting to steal. I’ve shipped this way with UPS, FedEx, USPS over a dozen times no issues. I come to this location for the first time and scan my label and the lady comes to help me and tells me I can’t ship it with the brown paper wrap. I tell her I’ve shipped over 10 times and she says well I’ve never see you before. I asked if she could give me a refund then and I’ll go ship with UPS and she says no she doesn’t give refunds. I just went to another FedEx and asked the manager and she told me I can ship it no problem and was out of the store in minutes. Not sure if this worker was having a bad day or just mad because I’m not her skin color but do better.
