People there with no desire of helping anyone and just acting like bosses. They should own their own companies instead of working for FedEx.

I normally come here to drop off my packages. We have an account with fedex and usually do all the postage online, print the labels and the drop off the package. Today, we were unable to do so because FedEx was having issues with their site. After calling them they informed us we would be able to give the store location the tracking number and they could print the outbound label. (I was able to print the return label) So i went into the store to drop off the package. The first person i talked to was Traci. As im explaining what happen she immediately began interrupting me saying oh no we don’t do that we just receive the packages. (Mind you this is after another customer in front of me said he was there to send a fax and she said oh it’s over there , he responded um i don’t know what I’m doing and she shrugged.). Then as i realize she probably couldn’t help not only due to lack of want to but lack of knowledge i asked what can i do… she said we can make a new shipment. Fine.. great. Let’s do it. Then I must have confused her when i asked about the one pending and if i would get a refund.
Because she said she didn’t know. So i seen the asst manager Rueben walking by and asked her if she mind if he could help me thinking he knew a little more.
My mistake. … he started to tell me that the system used online and the one in the store are 2 completely different systems and they don’t interact with each other at all. I told him what the help desk people told me and he laughed and said they don’t know what they are talking about. I asked ok. What can you do to get this package out. He said the same thing as Traci. Great let’s get it done. As we start the process (me giving him our business account number) he asks me to verify the information on the key pad. i notice the shipping information is wrong. I pointed it out and he says i can’t change any of that. I then ask if something goes wrong will the package get returned to this address , his little man complex starts to become apparent. And he gets annoyed and then asks me what my name is and tells me his name is Reuben and wants to shake my hand and explain that he doesn’t control anything. This is a fool proof system all he does is enter a number and whatever comes up, comes up. That maybe there’s a computer glitch on our side or maybe we didn’t check a box correctly.
Completely baffled at the lack of knowledge from this facility i cancel everything. Call the FedEx account manager and explain the lack of competency coming from this location.
The help desk walked us through step by step on reprinting the label (after the website was fixed) and we were able to get it sent at another location.
This guy has supposedly been working there since 1996 but doesn’t know his own system. Find someplace else to go. Unless you have everything label where even a 3rd grader could figure it out. I wouldn’t recommend wasting your time or money at this location.

I paid $1,050 to send two boxes to Florida and that's how one of them arrived. They threw it in front of the address I put. This is a shame, paying so much money and that they treat what I have sent like this. I hope you contact me and at least give me a solution in this regard, with the name of my profile you can already verify the amount and tracking number. I'm out of the country, I trusted that everything would be fine and I just found out about this. The company I sent it to is going to charge me for the box change and be able to send it to its destination.
