This is a shame, paying so much money and that they treat what I have sent like this. I hope you contact me and at least give me a solution in this regard, with the name of my profile you can already verify the amount and tracking number. I'm out of the country, I trusted that everything would be fine and I just found out about this. The company I sent it to is going to charge me for the box change and be able to send it to its destination.
