I speak a little English, but the gentleman who worked there knew I was Hispanic. He helped me a little; another very kind girl saved me. It's sad that such a distinguished company doesn't work for equality.

- KHKataleya HernandezOct 21, 20251.0I seethe reason have a two point average at FedEx you walk in there and everybody ignores you nobody is willing to help you. You ask him questions and direct you to the machines you tell them that you’re 70 years old you never handle a fax machine before and they don’t care they said, just put your debit card in there and the following the instructions frustrating very unfriendly very unhelpful and expensive. They wanted a two dollars and some cents per page to fax something came to UPS. They only wanted $1.90 I think for page friendly they did it for you. You didn’t have to handle any machines. I recommend it highly they’re always very friendly at UPS unlike FedEx, which I’ll probably go out of business cause they’re not friendly.! So sad that this world has come to this just people ignoring people

He made it clear to everyone in the store he did not want to be there. Only giving it 3 stars because the woman who helped me was very helpful and respectful. He pushed my items to the side and told me it was going to be a minute even though there was an open kiosk. If you don’t want to do your job, why are you working there?
