I hate this place. They overcharge for fax services. 2.75 per page , so I declined that & opted to email which is 50 cents per page, however I was still overcharged because the system only gave me an option to pre authorize $10 or $25. My pages came to 11.50 so I had to pre authorize $25 which means I lost about $13 because I’m never going back there. The employees are very nonchalant & not helpful at all. They see you struggling with working the system & don’t offer any help. I left out of the store very distressed. I don’t know where Office Depot moved to but I will find them & drive the extra miles to use their services because Office Depot was always very helpful to me when they were on I-10 East in Houston.

I had a frustrating experience at this FedEx Office location. I placed a same-day print order and was quoted a standard turnaround, but when I picked it up, I was charged a Priority Print fee that was never disclosed or approved.
When I asked about the charge, I was initially told I could “pick it up tomorrow” instead l, which was not acceptable, as the job was already completed and time-sensitive. Only after pushing back and asking for GM contact info did the associate adjust the price.
What made the experience worse was the unprofessional atmosphere. While I was trying to resolve the issue, employees were laughing and chatting behind the counter, which felt dismissive given the situation.
To their credit, the charge was eventually reduced, but this should not have required escalation. Fees like “priority” or “rush” should be clearly explained and approved upfront, not added by default.
Transparency and professionalism here really need improvement.

Although we are in the United States and we should speak English, some of us are just arriving. I speak a little English, but the gentleman who worked there knew I was Hispanic. He helped me a little; another very kind girl saved me. It's sad that such a distinguished company doesn't work for equality.
