This shouldn't be in business. I don't understand how a manager with such an attitude runs a business. Lost my package and gave me wrong information. Lack of willingness to help from the manager.

This is by far the worst FedEx location I’ve been to. The staff are rude, unhelpful, and act like assisting customers is a burden. Instead of providing support, they made the process more frustrating. I will avoid this location in the future and recommend others do the same.

Do not hang up customer is making suggestions to make your service better.
If you guys can not get the signiture on Friday for dilivery and customer still wanna get package sooner then do something.
Or explain nicely why holdup request takes more thank 24 hrs therefore I can not get my package pickup.
Simply we are busy and talk us later kinda attitude looks really bad.
