  I just want to give the associate Josh a shoutout. I was in a rush to get some items printed and made it in the store 10 minutes prior to closing time on Saturday, March 7th. I figured I could just go in and print my items from the self-serve computer. However, I made the mistake of not prepaying enough for the printing, and had no way of adding money while the computer session was active. As the store was shutting down and lights were being turned off, Josh assisted me with the utmost professionalism and patience, instructing me to send my documents via email, where he finished the print job on his end on beautiful paper. I was so relieved and made it to my event on time. Thank you for your kindness and professionalism Josh. You're the man!

  Don’t use fedex for any services.i went to fedex for send a item from USA to india .it is a medical device (breast pump)and 3 pairs of baby clothes while sending itself I asked that employee do we need mention all parts of it or not he said no need just mention breast pump that will be fine. Now in India customs stopped the parcel in the name of not mentioned all items on paper so Indians fedex guys called me and asked for some money(10000 INR)as fine i paid it also though i paid still not received my product and the fedex guys from India saying still in amendment e process. I asked USA FedEx guys while sending and paid 361 dollars for just 2.9kg then asked gain you guys going clear the customs also right they said yes and now they are saying we don’t know about it.

  This shouldn't be in business. I don't understand how a manager with such an attitude runs a business. Lost my package and gave me wrong information. Lack of willingness to help from the manager.
