Was told FedEx can't do international prepaid return labels (so documents can be sent back to US). Wrong, the FedEx office down the street did this no problem.

I needed two print jobs done. I told Josh I would print one myself and the other I needed assistance with because of the type of paper. I explain to him both jobs. He said he would print both of them for me behind the counter so I could do it in one transaction. He explained me the price. I told him that that was very steep. eventually, we came to the conclusion that he was charging me extra special paper for the print job I could do myself and I told him I want to just plain printer paper like I would get if I did do it myself he adjusted that price then he explained to me there was another fee because I needed my job at the same day. I didn’t think about it initially, but after calling around to other stores, I realize that he insisted that I let him print the job that I could do myself so that he could charge me extra on the fee for the job that I needed today while I could’ve done it myself and got it much quicker he encouraged me to do it that way insisted that it was fine and normal to do it in one transaction when really he wanted to adjust the fee because it was based on the number of copies you needed not only did he scam me, but he said he would call me immediately as it was ready he did not. I called the store three hours later he had gone home and the representative said that they were ready for a while already while I was there I explain that to the person helping me then I asked what was the person’s name that helped me earlier he said I didn’t need it because the manager was right there listening to me the entire time the manager sat there on her computer and did not make an effort to speak to me correct these actions or offer anything based on my experience after I told them that they scammed me for forcing me to let them do the print job instead of allowing me to do it myself. I will never use fedex office again and I will be escalating this for a refund based off the scam they ran! Do not use this location if you MUST use fedex

I had an issue with a copier. I had to add paper and when I did, it started printing things that weren't mine. I asked the guy at the counter to take the charges off my card. He just said Oh, it needs paper. I repeated that I added paper, etc. Fortunately, the charges weren't applied to my card, but the job wouldn't cancel. Nobody came to check on the machine or help. I moved to another machine where once again I had to add paper. I get that it's self-serve, but when there aren't shipping customers shouldn't the employees be checking on the copy machines or helping other customers? It wasn't even busy at the time. I spent $70 on copies which is more than more of those customers shipping packages probably spent.
