  Tess and Eric made my FedEx shipment experience truly flawless. I was sending a pretty large package across the country to my brother, and from start to finish, they went above and beyond to make sure everything was handled perfectly. Their professionalism, patience, and genuine care turned what could have been a stressful process into an easy and seamless one. It’s rare to encounter customer service like this thoughtful, efficient, and proactive. FedEx is lucky to have Tess and Eric, and I’m incredibly grateful for their outstanding support!

  This is absolutely the best FedEx I have ever gone to in my life. I have been a loyal customer of FedEx for over 20 years I have been coming to this particular location for several of those years. Every time I need a job done, every time I have a question every time I need assistance with intricate shipments this team is always kind caring gracious and patient. Their customer service is top-tier! No matter the time of day I go in there they are kind to every client even the ones that you can tell are a little bit complicated they still take their time with them and I mean this about every single team member not just one or two everyone who has worked there over the years and especially the team they have now are amazing. If you need any type of job done for your office or home that entails shipping and printing you definitely want to go to this location. I prefer them Over any other location in the city.

  Warm welcome, professional staff. My order was handled efficiently by Alicia. There were enough staff for the amount of customers. No long lines. My prints were stored properly in a box with courtesy. Appreciated their job!
