- CSChristina StephensOct 23, 20255.0Every time I come to the convention center I usually use the FedEx at the Marriott but this time I decided to try the one at the Hilton since the convention center doesn’t have a business center. It is also much easier to get to from the convention center. Ricardo, Jordan, and Quenlyn were awesome. I wasn’t expecting to ship anything this event but ended up with two large cases. Yes there is a handling fee but every hotel location is like that so we planned for it. I came back and forth several times, called them, sent them labels that I had to send again because our event team got the address wrong but each time they were so patient. I barely made the closing time with 14 minutes to spare and still Quenlyn was so kind and professional. I will only use this location from now on when I have events.
