- CSChristina StephensOct 23, 20255.0Every time I come to the convention center I usually use the FedEx at the Marriott but this time I decided to try the one at the Hilton since the convention center doesn’t have a business center. It is also much easier to get to from the convention center. Ricardo, Jordan, and Quenlyn were awesome. I wasn’t expecting to ship anything this event but ended up with two large cases. Yes there is a handling fee but every hotel location is like that so we planned for it. I came back and forth several times, called them, sent them labels that I had to send again because our event team got the address wrong but each time they were so patient. I barely made the closing time with 14 minutes to spare and still Quenlyn was so kind and professional. I will only use this location from now on when I have events.

The internet was down at my house due to a storm, and with less than an hour until my test, I was scrambling to find a FedEx that was open. I called ahead and spoke with Ricardo, and honestly, he was the calm in the storm. I was stressed, emotional, but Ricardo stayed on the phone with me the entire time, helping me navigate where to go and how to find the FedEx location inside the hotel. He was patient, kind, and reassuring telling me everything would be okay. That meant more to me than he probably realizes. Thanks to him, I was able to print my documents, make it to the testing center just in time, and sit for my exam. Ricardo’s compassion and excellent customer service turned a nightmare morning into a successful day. I’m so grateful!

Then I was advised I needed to have a FedEx account or provide license to ship items. I did not ship items and in fact decided to keep my money. This experience was terrible.
