- PHPatrick HebertMay 21, 20251.0They basically give you a 12 hr span of when your delivery will arrive then after you sit home all freaken day waiting you track it in the evening and delivery has changed they give you another basically 12 hr span for the next day to deliver the item this is a bunch of crap people have things to do

My wife and I ordered a tv from Sam's Club and got an email letting us know it was picked up by the shipping and we would receive an email for scheduling. We received the email from AIT and it said they would contact us a week from the day they picked it up to schedule delivery. So I thought hopefully I can expedite this and call there customer service. They then tell me that it was picked up in a city 3 hours from my house and I will have to wait the week before I can schedule delivery. So now it is going to be over a week before we receive our tv and it was shipped from 3 hours away. Seriously the US Post office isn't even this inefficient
