  I can’t speak for other locations, but this one felt very unprofessional. I was scheduled for a drug test and had an emergency that prevented me from attending. I tried calling to reschedule, but no one ever answered the phone. Later, I received a missed call from Jennifer stating that my absence was considered a “no call, no show,” which was surprising since I attempted to reach out and have never had this issue with other staffing agencies. I don’t understand why no one could return my call to reschedule. Overall, the lack of communication was odd and disappointing, and it’s not a company I’d feel comfortable working with.
