The clerk at the front desk and the mail delivery person absolutely stunned me with how helpful they were! I am so shocked, pleased, and incredibly grateful! Thank you so much to these hard workers, especially during this busy season of theirs! Thank you Horseshoe Bay USPS!!!! Very inspiring work ethic! Thank you! :)
- BBBethOct 11, 20251.0We’ve been trying to get into our mailbox for over a week. We just moved and when we went to the post office a week ago we were told the locks and keys needed to be changed. We were assured that the keys would be ready by the next day and were even promised that they would bring our packages to our house that day since we couldn’t get into the mailbox ourselves. That seemed like great customer service until it never happened so we went back the next day and were promised the same thing. This had been happening every single day this week and yesterday all we were told was “let’s hope the lady who changes the locks is in a good mood today”. Like.. WHAT?! We just want to be able to access our mailbox ourselves. What is happening? Any ways, worst customer service I’ve ever experienced at a post office. Let’s hope one day soon we will be able to access our mailbox ourselves.
- TGTatiana GolovinaApr 12, 20241.0I have not been at our post office in a while and I was assisted by the new employee. She was very brisk, inattentive and incompetent. It would be nice if new employees could do some crash course before starting assisting post office visitors. As she was inputting the address for the small package to be sent, she made a mistake of spelling address, and didn’t bother to correct it and print out new label with the right address. Instead she insisted to correct it via handwriting. I hope my parcel will make it to my friend overseas with vital supplements he asked me for! Also she couldn’t offer much advice on the mailing options - and instead trying to get me choose the most expensive one. She obviously didn’t know what she was doing. Sorry for the negative review, I don’t do them very often. But I think residents of HSB deserve some competency at the vital service such as local post office.
- MRMartha RogersSep 25, 20211.0Same as many other comments. Worst post 0office I have ever seen. Was there twice this week looking for a package shows being delivered on September 11th. As usual couldn't be found ( Third time packages have been lost here ) Supervisor apparently dosen't exist. Hw or she is never available and NEVER will make contact with you. Barabara is the one I have had to deal with at the counter. She is so obnoxious and rude to all customers. Can't believe this Post Office is allowed to contonue with the type of service they half way provide. Sad they are the only choice we have in this area.
