Right when I walked in, I wasn’t greeted at all. It felt uncomfortable from the start. I went in to ship a care package for my son who has been deployed, and the lady with the blonde hair didn’t greet me, she just looked me up and down, which made the whole interaction feel even more awkward.
The gentleman who helped me did explain that I needed to have the form filled out beforehand, which I understood. I wasn’t expecting anyone to fill it out for me; I only needed a label and some tape. But overall, the atmosphere and the way I was treated just felt off, and I don’t think I’ll be returning.

The black man working the front desk (shaved sides but braided on top) is honestly one of the best employees i have ever seen working at usps. He does everything he can to help the customers. I have been going here for 5 years and while sometimes the line gets long, i was able to watch him interact with everyone many times. Everyone knows that working for the post office prob isnt the best, but hes always professional and kind. Sorry i dont know your name man, but you are a true asset. Keep being you.
