- KMKimberly MoralesDec 15, 20251.0I've been in Hitchcock a year now and live in apartments, so I depend on the post office for a lot. This location has been the most unprofessional by far. There is always one person whom is never welcoming, their times are never correct, and Saturdays I guess they make their own rules of coming in to work or not. A simple smile and sorry we are closed today goes a really long way. There are many people who would love that position and actually appreciate it!!!!

While I can tolerate their frequent changes in hours, I draw the line at their complete lack of compassion and care. Despite our long-standing relationship, I was a month late on the payment – which keeps increasing – and today I discovered that they sent my packages back. These gifts were intended for my mother, who is dying from cancer, and my aunt, who has been caring for her. The post office closed the box and returned my packages right before Christmas! Given our decades of business, it’s utterly unacceptable that they couldn’t provide some consideration or at least notify me before taking such action. When I explained my situation to the employee, Kat, she was dismissive and showed no empathy. My mail, including any checks to my business, meant to pay for the box, has been returned, along with any future checks I may receive. This is not just unprofessional; it's inconsiderate and disrespectful.
