Brought in a box of shoes to return. The shoes were shipped to me in the same red Puma box that you would find in the store. This would be my 4th pair of Pumas delivered by this company. My red Puma box is covered in FedEx stickers , tracking codes and such. The return instructions say to print out the return slip and cover the original sticker on the box it came in. (Which is the Red Puma box covered in FedEx tracking numbers shipping dates, etc). The ladies at the desk told me very rudely they cant ship it like that and that it didn't come to me that way , so they called me a liar. I went right back to the office and showed them another box from the same company shipped straight in the shoes box with the FedEx stickers and everything on it. Then they tried to say it's never done that way. I just walked out I proved them wrong and they tried to double down. It was good to find out a FedEx was near for some printing posters I needed done but now I know to never spend a penny here. Service was horrible. Being called a lair is never something a customer should be called especially when they have physical proof showing you otherwise.
Edit: a few moments after posting this review I see 2 more pairs of Pumas that were delivered in the same manner as mine 😄 she had said that she see these boxes from this co.pany all the time and that my box was 1 of 2 in 5 years that they've ever done it like that. Well now it's 3 pairs in one day.

The service at this location is very awful. I went to drop off a package and there were just 2 folks and it took over 30 minutes to get the service. Not going there again 😬

The employees could use some training on how to be nice and not act annoyed when you go in to return a package. I have started avoiding this place at all cost. The aggravation and being treated so poorly by the one lady that always works there isnt worth it. I will happily drive farther to go to a different location or go to UPS.

Horrible customer service and extremely poor management. I waited over 45 minutes while one employee was on the phone and barely assisting customers. There were at least five people waiting, including one woman who said she had already been there for over an hour.
Another customer needed help with an international package and was clearly struggling, yet no urgency or effort was shown to assist her. The employee appeared disengaged, staring at a screen for long stretches with no communication or acknowledgment of the line.
Even though this was a Sunday, completely ignoring customers who have been waiting that long is unacceptable. No one stepped in to help, and there was no sense of accountability or customer awareness.
This was worse than the post office, and that’s saying something. I will be escalating this issue to the FedEx franchise board. If employees don’t want to work with people, they shouldn’t be in customer-facing roles.

They're closer than the post office for me and have been around for a long time. They almost always have enough people working so I don't have to wait long. The staff are friendly and know what they're doing. Unlike me usually walks in with old stickers and barcodes on the box I'm using to ship something else. They'll usually check for me to make sure everything that needs to be crossed out or covered, is. This place is fast and convenient plus they have a lot of accessories for sale (bubble wrap, boxes, envelopes, greeting cards, etc.) if you forget something.
