- F1Fernando 11Feb 9, 20261.0Rude staff and the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced, I went to issue my passport back in September and CINDY HEAR ME OUT AGAIN CINDY, humiliated me and treated me like if I were a dog without consciousness. I had questions and obviously I asked them and she rudely gave me an answers. There was no reason for her to be with an attitude if that’s her job. She literally made me cry for how badly she treated me, and not only she treated me like an absolute piece of garbage, she even messed up all of the information she had to upload to the system in order for me to have my passport issued. Somehow she “MISREAD” my number 1 for number 7, therefore each time I wrote a one on my application she stupidly thought I was writing a one when clearly it was evident I did not. Cindy made my life beyond impossible. I really hope the management team notice the people’s complaints about that horrible lady working as a customer service worker, that’s always with an attitude towards customers. If you don’t like your job Cindy is better for you to quit instead of tormenting people’s lives!!!!
- MSMelissa SumerourJan 28, 20261.0These are the rudest group of employees I’ve ever dealt with. One lady refused to take my packages for shipping stating she didn’t know who paid for them !? They were all prepaid! She took 13 of my other packages! She reached over the counter and made the decision on the screen to print my receipt. I was not able to choose the way I wanted the receipt nor was I allowed the opportunity to leave a dissatisfied reply to the ‘how are we doing’ question. When I questioned why she would be so rude and disrespectful she told me to get out! This lady was so rude that another customer waited outside to give me her name and number because she as well wanted to make a complaint on this postal worker. Terrible attitude, terrible customer service. To top it off this woman refused to give me her name for a formal complaint! Literally would not give her name. Highly recommend not dealing with this person! How she has a job in customer service is beyond amazing!
