The most unprofessional place I have ever attempted to do business with. I will definitely was gas to go to Kilgore or Longview before stepping back into that post office!

I had a package make it to the Henderson office so I called to ask about picking it up on my lunch break because it was something important that I needed asap. In a rude manner I was told the package was already out with the carrier to be dropped off. It never showed up at my house. Instead, I come home to my mailbox wide open with my mail scattered all over the ground next to the road, and my package sent back to Shreveport again. And this is far from the first time I have had issues with her or this post office in general. Absolutely terrible service
