Went to the post office, the man said he would call the courier, if they cannot locate it I would have to file a lost claim 🙄, but mind you it said it was delivered to my mailbox on the website. The other says it had to be returned to sender and that was over a week ago, no update on their website tracking other than the 13th date. It took one day from shipped date to arrive to post office, not understanding why my packages are having issues all of a sudden and I have been at my residence for 4 years.
