- CMCrystal MartinezJul 23, 20251.0I have 2 packages that I don’t know where they are. One (cousin baby shower gift) said it was delivered to my mailbox, and it was never in there. Went to the post office, the man said he would call the courier, if they cannot locate it I would have to file a lost claim 🙄, but mind you it said it was delivered to my mailbox on the website. The other says it had to be returned to sender and that was over a week ago, no update on their website tracking other than the 13th date. It took one day from shipped date to arrive to post office, not understanding why my packages are having issues all of a sudden and I have been at my residence for 4 years.

That was not the first time our mailbox was left open. The mailbox was left open yet again today. You need to start properly closing mailboxes because I’ve seen my neighbors mailboxes left open as well.
