    I don’t think anyone at the company cares or anything will be done, but this is for other customers. I literally just left 5 minutes ago and want to share that the older lady there with the short hair and glasses is pretty nasty/rude. She already seemed short and irritated when I got up there. I was somewhat confused and had questions because I don’t work in the postal/shipping industry and don’t know every detail about the metal in the shipping label for tracking and etc. Now I do, because she made sure to point out my error. She kind of tossed me to the side and hurriedly took another customer. Ok, you have to get through the line. Got it. Then she got my label, seemed irritated and kind of lightly tossed my package on the little weight table. I think she was annoyed because I didn’t process her telling me to grab it and put it there. Like I said, I was a little lost and overwhelmed. Then she finished and I said “I’m sure you all already scan everything, but the lady from the company told me to make sure it’s scanned for processing?” (it’s a time sensitive item for my child). She made an ugly face at me and with a “duh” type of attitude said “uh, yea we scan it” and started walking off. I tried to make another lighthearted comment about it being a last minute thing for my daughter and she didn’t even look at me and mumbled something like “uh huh” as she walked away. Rude, no customer service skills in a customer service type of role. Thanks for reading!

    Don’t even bother stopping here! First off I don’t like being lied to about whether a package is acceptable or not to ship! Go back to your modules and take test again!! They said I need another package to ship from because I needed to tape up my package and they won’t sell me a strip because the package is not UPS regulated shipping material. Really??!! This is rh package they sent it in! Return cost according to staff at this store? $15 for package and tape, price of refund? $11! Do better UPS! Read your franchise reviews! This is an embarrassment to UPS name! By the way UPS Owner you owe me $11 for a Code your employee swiped and processed. Now I can’t return my item. I will definitely let Amazon and Temu know about your policy verses all other UPS stores Policies for returns to Temu or Amazon, making customers pay for packaging!

    Cheryl’s institutional knowledge about ATT equipment returns is going to likely save me a great deal of future frustration. I am so grateful for her advice in knowing how to handle the important requirements & paper trail since she will be unable to print them again if they’re lost.

    Awful experience. I brought an Amazon return in the same box it was delivered in to return.The top of the box was not taped. They rudely said they would not accept it without a single piece of tape on top and sent me on my way. Terrible ownership - terrible training - terrible policy.

    I came in with a package and barcode in hand, and they tried to charge me 2 dollars to borrow their tape gun to put on my label. What a rip off! The tiny little bit of tape needed for a label is not worth 2 dollars. Talk about servicing the customer!! (In response to the reply below following my review) When I asked for assistance with my label, the associate that informed me of the $2 charge was passive aggressive and rude. Read the other comments and you will read most of your associates are rude to the customers. There was no "exceptional service" witnessed. I immediately went to the neighbor UPS store just a few miles away, and they taped up my label no questions asked.
