I only needed one side of a 1" x 5" box taped. And since I had the time today I drove the 5 miles to the UPS Store on Culebra, dropped my packages off, and wasn't charged for taping the end of the box. The staff here is nice and I know they may not have a say in what customer's do and don't get charged, but tape... at a shipping store. I'll just drive to the Culebra Rd location.

There are too many employees here that are passive aggressive & very rude. My wife got passive aggressively shamed by the employees for getting some help with our holiday cards & it taking longer than 5 minutes. There’s a couple young guys that are always cool headed & helpful. This goes without saying, but your experience will be decided by what day it is and who’s working. Especially during the holidays - just go somewhere else. Trust me.

What kind of people humiliate others over a piece of tape? They really lack tact. I hope their business doesn't do well because they behave very badly in this store.

He just lost my business and he doesn’t even know who I was just wow let’s just put it that way I founds big name movies not to brag with the sick money 😂 just don’t come here bad store trust me
