  “Needs a small piece of tape!” we can’t spare 3 inches of tape, you must either pay $2 extra or pay for our overpriced roll of tape. Terrible business decision by the owner, save a little on tape and lose a ton on non-returning customers, or simply because of all these bad reviews.

  I came in with a package and barcode in hand, and they tried to charge me 2 dollars to borrow their tape gun to put on my label. What a rip off! The tiny little bit of tape needed for a label is not worth 2 dollars. Talk about servicing the customer!! (In response to the reply below following my review) When I asked for assistance with my label, the associate that informed me of the $2 charge was passive aggressive and rude. Read the other comments and you will read most of your associates are rude to the customers. There was no "exceptional service" witnessed. I immediately went to the neighbor UPS store just a few miles away, and they taped up my label no questions asked.
