- SBSarah Browning2 days ago1.0Dropped off a 10k piece of equipment to ship. The box was well packed and marked several times as FRAGILE MEDICAL EQUIPMENT. As I turn to leave I here a huge THUD. I look back and my fragile box has been thrown to the ground by the kid who just helped me. I said Be careful with that! He said OH, is it fragile?

I paid $50 for the notary and an additional $10 for copies for our records—copies that I would have expected to be provided along with a receipt. Poor customer service and no communication or understanding whatsoever.
