- KRkatie richterDec 13, 20251.0The man at the counter is the rudest guy you’ll ever meet. our mail Is so sweet But when he is out the people that fill in never can put the mail in the right mailbox. I had three packages delivered my husband CDL drivers license And our bank card all being delivered the same day it showed on informed delivery. I went out and checked our mail because the package just said delivered left in mailbox. There was no mail but a coupon book. So the next day, I went up to the post office and dealt with a man at the front desk, who was the rudest person I have ever met and talk down on me like I didn’t know what I was talking about. I went to the car and I got my phone to show him that the mail was left in the mailbox according to the app it was delivered and left in my mailbox. He didn’t care he told me oh well you’ll have to wait and see if it comes. I said this isn’t going to work. We need my husband’s CDL because he cannot go online and replace it. He has to get an appointment. He needs it for work by Friday. It’s taking us almost 8 months just to get that appointment. He said again not my problem. He told me he’d have his supervisor called me which they did not luckily for me. I pulled up at home from work and the mailman was out front and he was able to go through the mailboxes to find my mail that wasn’t even in our box section it was two box sections down for another street along with our packages. But it’s constant issues when our regular mail carrier is not there.

And he had no customer service skills. He was very dry and just not a nice person. I work in service and go above and beyond to greet my patients and make them feel welcome....definitely not practiced here..... He didnt greet anyone who came in....
