I have complained many times about the mail being left on top of the mail box instead of delivered to the porch of our very visible house with numbers on the actual house confirming it is the physical address. This mail lady continues to put large packages on top of or behind the mailbox of 783!!? Are you just too lazy to go to someone’s porch!? Seriously. On top of it I see her across the street from my house delivering mail so I go down the road a little to check my box and it’s wide open like this with a package on top. This is super frustrating and I’ve lost way too many packages due to this mail carriers neglect.

RUDE!!! The old lady working there is just lazy and doesn’t listen at all. I told her I was there to sign a certified mail and she just shrugged and kept working and ignored me. I know my certified mail was there she just didn’t want to do her job. WORST PLACE EVER.

first off, had problems getting proper forms from Title office in Kerrville TX , anyway - I called the Harper Post Office, the woman who answered didn't just check the hold box, she went and checked everywhere, every box, every place where the form envelope might have turned up. (turned out the Title office misaddressed it...) Everytime I've been there the staff have been friendly, helpful...even let me in the door at 30seconds prior to closing to mail a package. Highly recommend

I just moved to Harper, Texas recently. I put a change of address in the mail, just as I have for the last 20 + years , when I move. I did not receive mail or packages that have been mailed, with my correct address on them. Once a neighbor received my mail. I was unable to get anyone to answer the phone at the local post office. I emailed them and a very condesending female called me. She proceeds to tell me it's my fault because I did not come in to the post office in Harper and tell them I was living there. They didn't know anyone moved in. I guess the two vehicles and RV parked outside was not a clue. When I told her I mailed the change of address in, mind you it is addressed by the US Postal Service, she told me they don't receive forwarding mail from fredericksburg. Laziness is what the problem is. Fed Ex didn't seem to have a problem getting me my packages.
