I've had two resent issues with this post office. The one that bugs me the most is my package was shoved in side ways into my mail box damaging the contents inside. The bag/ package was rectangular in shape but was shoved in sideways. I work 6 days a week in Brownsville and don't have time to go in to complain in person. I leave Harlingen at 5am and get home at 7pm. I am very disappointed. I am not blaming everyone at the post office, but the one individual who did this!

I came in with several certified mail items and one express mail package. When I asked if the express would arrive by Friday it is Wednesday, he said “no, Monday.” I asked if I could have a second to check with my boss before sending it, and instead of letting me do that, he told me to move out of the way and started helping the next customer behind me. He then tossed my express mail aside, and it drops a clear plastic stand next to me which hits my leg. That was completely unnecessary and disrespectful. I understand they’re busy, but there’s no reason to treat customers like that or handle mail so carelessly. Really disappointed with the service here. I hope management addresses this issue and ensures customers are treated with respect in the future.
