I had a package that was delayed in transit, then was misrouted to their location which delayed it further. I really needed it before the weekend. The one thing that you can absolutely count on is incompetency. And furthermore, if anything is wrong or held up, just remember it's the residents fault. Not the post office or the employees. A good example of a common occurrence (but not limited to). A parcel that you have paid for, and have paid all transportation fees. If they place it into someone else's collective box by failing to accurately match numbers. It is the residence fault. If they put a parcel package that is too big for the residence box, into a collective box and forget to leave the key in the specific residences box, they will view that as the residences fault and leave the res. with the inconvenience and not a drop of resolve will be strived for. Like any adult occupation. The situation should be handled professionally and that individual would have been able to retrieve their property immediately. Since it was the organization's fault. There's nothing immediate about the USPS. And one day I hope to see this federal monopoly disintegrate so that responsible adults may compete for customer satisfaction.

I was yelled at by the clerk "Hey, just give that to me, you messed it up." He then proceeded to literally THROW it in the trash. The box was fine. Being yelled at like a child, with several people in line is not something professional at all. *I was in the store on 10/21/25 from about noon to 12:15pm.
