Huge shoutout to Justin, Ivey and the other gentleman whose name I didn’t get. I had a package that was delayed in transit, then was misrouted to their location which delayed it further. I really needed it before the weekend. Came in around 10am and they were able to find it for me. Justin dug through a box with about 300 packages according to them and found it for me. Again, thank you! -Chief

Just another employment facility for those who think the bare minimum is too much. Continuously since living here for a few years. The one thing that you can absolutely count on is incompetency. And furthermore, if anything is wrong or held up, just remember it's the residents fault. Not the post office or the employees. A good example of a common occurrence (but not limited to). A parcel that you have paid for, and have paid all transportation fees. If they place it into someone else's collective box by failing to accurately match numbers. It is the residence fault. If they put a parcel package that is too big for the residence box, into a collective box and forget to leave the key in the specific residences box, they will view that as the residences fault and leave the res. with the inconvenience and not a drop of resolve will be strived for. Like any adult occupation. The situation should be handled professionally and that individual would have been able to retrieve their property immediately. Since it was the organization's fault. There's nothing immediate about the USPS. And one day I hope to see this federal monopoly disintegrate so that responsible adults may compete for customer satisfaction.

I simply assembled a small flat rate box and returned it to the shelf because the gift didn't fit. I was yelled at by the clerk "Hey, just give that to me, you messed it up." He then proceeded to literally THROW it in the trash. The box was fine. Being yelled at like a child, with several people in line is not something professional at all. *I was in the store on 10/21/25 from about noon to 12:15pm.

There is another post below saying this same thing but what a demeaning person Ivey is. It was terrible. Saturdays are busy, there was only one working label maker, whatever but for people who work all week this is the only day so why are you pushing people to leave and go to Copper Mountain and making people feel shamed for being willing to stand in line and wait? LOUDLY! It was awful seeing people have to stand their ground and say “I’m not in a hurry so I’m going to wait.” And be firm with an employee that is supposed to be providing a service speaking poorly of the business saying they don’t have working labeling machines. That’s not our fault!! So rude, so demeaning. Also, he carried on talking about how tired and terrible he felt because he was sick throwing up and nauseous the previous night all night and is now in the store around customers. Disgusting. Now spreading that in the office.
