I told them immediately that I couldn't print my label and they told me the exact price down to the tax that I would need to pay to have a label printed by them. All in all the entire visit took a grand total of 2 minutes. No fluff, no uncertainty. They took my amazon return and had my label printed extremely fast. I would've put higher than 5 stars if I could.

The employees were saying that the address on the ID has to match the address on the package. Since when? This has NEVER been an issue in the past at this or at any other location. Because we are military and for tax purposes we are not required and do not have to change our ID cards. They were saying people were stealing packages from under their noses. Then do a better job ID checking. They also could not provide when this "new policy" came into effect. If you cannot provide it to me in black and white, you have no business to see my personal bills to see if addresss' match if my name matches letter for letter. UPS policy is if the name matches on the ID and the package you release the package.

Had someone drop off 6 packages and not 1 was for me or for my house hold. Reason for 2 star should be 1 is that these people didnt get their packages.
