- SCSarah CarneyAug 1, 20251.0Mail constantly late, mail that has a "do not bend" or "fragile" label are rolled or bent and shoved in box, the lady hits our garbage cans every time she runs our route (I have moved them back and she still somehow hits them). Mail that is legally required to be delivered by a set date (which is on the outside of the envelope) ends up being 2-9 days late, causing utilities to get disconnected, costs me $400-$900 every time, and when my $500 item was delivered to an address on the opposite side of town (Cefco), they refused to retrieve my package, and refused to pay me back for their theft... Entire office needs investigated and restructured ASAP....
