    For months now, I’ve been having the same problem with my packages. Boxes that are too big to fit in the mailbox are returned to the office; they can’t even leave them at my apartment door like everyone else does. And when I go to the office, they never give me an answer or any help about it.

    The carrier decided my home was vacant, and cancelled all of my mail. Carrier did not check with leasing office, or leave a notice indicating that there is an issue. I went into the office and nothing was done. Still not receiving my mail

    There so mean I told them it emergency only need key new but said no 5 but why woman withe sit there still them no read becuse I’m deaf show note emergency there mail had pay bill new mail box why new for what I’m ready have old but new key mean there open read note becuse im have lot busy with kids pick up new key mail box!!!!     The mailman did not deliver my package to the correct address. I went to the post office and brought all the information they said a manager would call me still haven’t heard anything. They put my medication in someone else’s mailbox and now I cannot get my medicine and I am out the money that I spent for the medication.

    Customer service a joke! Lurial or however you spell her name, was completely rude! This place was a joke! How she still have a job baffles me! I felt so discriminated! She went hide in the back because I refused to let her treat me like that is shocking. I wish this place shut down or replace her. Not this first time I encountered her rudeness but first time to discriminate me.
