‘New’ Postmaster phoned my elderly mother and was very rude, loud & disrespectful regarding a complaint that was filed regarding a PAST postmaster in conjunction with a NEW incident. Instead of being professional and listening so that the actual complaint could be resolved, she voiced personal aspersions and blatantly called my mother a liar without any evidence. Unbelievable.

I have been here 40 years of my life and I have never had the worst customer service as I have until I came into the post office today here in Hallsville. The black young lady that works behind the desk not only did she throw money at me, but literally cussed me out when I asked for the manager he was the one that was standing beside her who actually actually did absolutely nothing. Wow!!!!! We have got to do better for our hometown.

I bought multiple items that were put anywhere else then my doorstep or mail box because of the delivery people being lazy. One of my packages was put in another mailbox, and now they're loosing a box that has multiple items.

Says packages delivered. I have not received it. Asked my delivery person today who “wasn’t the one delivery yesterday and to call post office” I would love too if they ever answer their phone.

They put my package in the wrong mailbox. The other person was nice enough to bring it. The mail numbers and names are not remotely close. They need to work on their organization and efficiency for sure. Also took them a week to change my lock on my box. If they are short-handed or something then they should work on staffing. Make an effort. You make a good wage so deliver a good service.
