- TLTonya LaughlinJan 4, 20261.0‘New’ Postmaster phoned my elderly mother and was very rude, loud & disrespectful regarding a complaint that was filed regarding a PAST postmaster in conjunction with a NEW incident. Instead of being professional and listening so that the actual complaint could be resolved, she voiced personal aspersions and blatantly called my mother a liar without any evidence. Unbelievable.

The black young lady that works behind the desk not only did she throw money at me, but literally cussed me out when I asked for the manager he was the one that was standing beside her who actually actually did absolutely nothing. Wow!!!!! We have got to do better for our hometown.

They need to work on their organization and efficiency for sure. Also took them a week to change my lock on my box. If they are short-handed or something then they should work on staffing. Make an effort. You make a good wage so deliver a good service.
