- TLTonya LaughlinJan 4, 20261.0‘New’ Postmaster phoned my elderly mother and was very rude, loud & disrespectful regarding a complaint that was filed regarding a PAST postmaster in conjunction with a NEW incident. Instead of being professional and listening so that the actual complaint could be resolved, she voiced personal aspersions and blatantly called my mother a liar without any evidence. Unbelievable.

He told me I couldn’t put my mail on hold after 30days if I didn’t have a mail box if that is the case it should have the options why you want your mail on hold. He just want to be lazy and make all his employees lazy to and rude.

The black young lady that works behind the desk not only did she throw money at me, but literally cussed me out when I asked for the manager he was the one that was standing beside her who actually actually did absolutely nothing. Wow!!!!! We have got to do better for our hometown.
