- JGJennifer GOct 23, 20251.0Sorry but changing your address should NOT be a hard thing to do! I drove all the way to this post office because I couldn't get it changed on the USPS website & was instructed to do it in person at ANY post office location instead. The guy at the counter had the change of address form in his hand, but he insisted I have to go to the needville location because my address is in Needville. What?!? You can do it at any location! You can also get the form at any location! He said he couldn't even give me a form, which is a complete lie. They aren't specific to that location. Went to needville PO where they didn't have any forms and when I explained what they told me at the Guy PO, he confirmed my suspicion, which is that they are full of it & certainly could have given me a form & also processed my change of address. Do they even train these people or they just don't care if employees can handle to most simple, basic part of their job?!? Unbelievable, even for USPS!
