The clerk #08 welcomed me in, asked if I needed assistance and proceeded to assist me. She also doubled checked with me to make sure I had all of my necessary items needed for my passport renewal. She really did calm my fears. She also wished me a great week. I will always do business with this particular location because of her! Thank you

Went to take a box and they told me that the box was too “big” that they can’t take it, so I took it to Nederland and they took it. The limit was 70 pounds and the box I took was 40. They didn’t even weight it or anything. Horrible and lazy people

Idk why I am having problems for my delivery? Not a note nothing . I am always home no one has come and delivery my stuffs ! I am tired of calling this post office and they don’t even answer! The operators don’t even understand the numbers in Spanish or English…and costumer service have already put a re-delivery twice and nothing! I already reported ..never have this issues don’t know if they changed the carrier on my area that doesn’t want to go up stairs for two little packages already!!!
Might tell “go pick it up on the post office”
But the thing is that
one I don’t drive with the babies
Two my husband works Monday-Sat even Sundays gets out at 5pm when the post office are closed!!

Apparently, my house is now guarded by a ghost, as USPS just cited "animal interference" for a
failed delivery. I don't have any outdoor pets. I'm starting to think this phantom animal is just another excuse
for a carrier who was too busy on their phone to walk to my door. They are always on their phone! I hate USPS

I've had a few problems here in the past when dropping off packages, but they still took those packages in, but i see they are still having those same issues.
