I am tired of calling this post office and they don’t even answer! The operators don’t even understand the numbers in Spanish or English…and costumer service have already put a re-delivery twice and nothing! I already reported ..never have this issues don’t know if they changed the carrier on my area that doesn’t want to go up stairs for two little packages already!!! Might tell “go pick it up on the post office” But the thing is that one I don’t drive with the babies Two my husband works Monday-Sat even Sundays gets out at 5pm when the post office are closed!!

I'm starting to think this phantom animal is just another excuse for a carrier who was too busy on their phone to walk to my door. They are always on their phone! I hate USPS
