Once again, a package was falsely marked as “Delivered, Left with Individual” when no one came to the door, rang the bell, or made any effort to actually deliver the package. I was home the entire time. No knock. No doorbell. No interaction whatsoever. The camera shows white SUV just drive by. The postal worker never even got out of their vehicle. If you’re going to just drop it in the mailbox or drive by without stopping, then mark it accurately — “Left in Mailbox” or “Delivered at Address.” Do NOT lie and claim you handed it to someone. That’s a blatant misrepresentation and a sorry excuse for doing your job. This kind of laziness and dishonesty is not only frustrating but causes unnecessary confusion and problems, especially when time-sensitive or valuable packages are involved. If you can’t take 30 seconds to approach the door and do the job properly, then maybe it’s time to find a profession that doesn’t involve public service. Your item was delivered to an individual at the address at 11:49 am on July 15, 2025 in GREENVILLE, TX 75402. Do better.

I have gotten to know all of the employees and they are always providing me with great customer service! In the wake of corona, they have steadily delivered mail and packages during this virus.
