The postal service wonders why public perception has turned against them in between mail-carriers not wanting to put in the effort to deliver 13-pound packages, and the constant reception of wrong mail.

If i could leave negative stars I would. Brought a property that was badly neglected back in November. Didn't receive any mail.... no bills for the address or anything. When I reached out in January after finally moving in to let them know I was past due on a bill because they have not been delivering my bills they said they would resolve the issue and begin delivering my mail. I got mail delivered once that week and they stopped again. I called back. They said the mailcarrier refuses to deliver to my address bc the home is vacant. I explained several times and repeated myself that it is not vacant it is simply not finished with being fixed up but I live here with my kids and need my mail delivered. Argued with me and told me they have the right to refuse delivery if they see a vacant home in order to prevent drugs from potentially being delivered. I didn't realize the damn GEUS bill was drugs. Rude and offensive. Not helpful. I reached out to the nextlevel up and filed a complaint online and same thing. "Nobody will deliver the mail to a vacant house" AGAIN..... i live in the home or i wouldn't be continuing to call and repeat myself looking for a simple resolution..... DELIVER MY MAIL. So today for the 4th time I am filling out a green slip that they leave in your mailbox to list new resident's names. I am waiting on my driver license to arrive so I can file my homestead exemption and they still keep telling me they will not deliver to a vacant home. I keep saying not vacant and nothing happens. Not sure what else to do besides a bad review and continue calling to repeat myself because they want to play games with me and be rude and not do their job. It's more work to keep wasting my time calling and complaining as well as continue leaving me the green resident slip that says vacant than it would be to just deliver my freaking mail. Worst customer service ever and if it was being done to them or their family they wouldn't be too happy about it. Have some decency and deliver my mail. Sorry I'm not rich to have my property looking like a million dollars as soon as i moved in but my house is not vacant. Please resolve immediately. Again with the games on Feb 22nd leaving ANOTHER vacant green slip and crossing off where I put NOT vacant and for the 4th time leaving another slip in the mail to fill out. Seriously?!?!?!??!?!!?

I went there to pick up a package, and the lady that helped me was so courteous and polite that i didn't have any kind of problem to get my package.

This is now the second time that an item has been marked as "Attempted Delivery". I checked our security camera footage and not a single car came up to the mailbox or a person to our door. Now I have to go out of my way to come up to your "facility" and get my package.

They refuse to answer the bell. No access otherwise. Can't get your packages.
