Secondly it takes them forever to answer the door and when they finally do they have are rude with an attitude like you're inconveniencing them. NO your inconveniencing me by make me stand out here that long. Also their hours posted on google are wrong!

You have to figure out how to get in the parking lot, then you have to figure out how to get in the building, then ring a door bell and hope they answer the door & it is a huge warehouse where they have to find your item somewhere. Greenville needs to use one of their smaller locations where the employees are nicer than the ones in this building...
