- FMFaith MaloneJul 25, 20251.0I'm not normally one to go out of my way and write reviews, but the customer service here is SO bad I feel like I need to. Every time I come here the employees are so rude for no reason. The lady today barely looked at me and was on her cell phone the entire duration of our 20-30 second interaction, smacking her gum loudly. Also, they will not help you at all what so ever with packing up your items to ship, even if you're paying for shipping. I already had the item in a box, just needed to give them the address & pay for a label. They told me I had to have the label already printed and taped on the box. I don't have a printer, that's why I came to the post office. Horrible service, I can go to staples, UPS, or FedEx and they will gladly help me package an item.

She opens up doesn't say gm or anything. Then rudely says put the box on the weigher. Then she looks at me crazy I was like I would like to send it off. Then rudely says write with a pen on the box the address when normally they give you a to and from sticker. I left with my package and driving to where I'm treated nice at downtown post office. If you don't like customers why you work here!! I will never come back here!!!
