- FMFaith MaloneJul 25, 20251.0I'm not normally one to go out of my way and write reviews, but the customer service here is SO bad I feel like I need to. Every time I come here the employees are so rude for no reason. The lady today barely looked at me and was on her cell phone the entire duration of our 20-30 second interaction, smacking her gum loudly. Also, they will not help you at all what so ever with packing up your items to ship, even if you're paying for shipping. I already had the item in a box, just needed to give them the address & pay for a label. They told me I had to have the label already printed and taped on the box. I don't have a printer, that's why I came to the post office. Horrible service, I can go to staples, UPS, or FedEx and they will gladly help me package an item.

I then went back that afternoon to drop off a package. As I was waiting to drop it off. Scott had taken back 2 boxes, and he threw it into the bends. He then came back and asked how can I help you. I told him that I needed to get a receipt. He then asked what was in the box. Told him it was a figure. He then told me that the usps doesn't take those items and they don't ship them. He also comes off like he is high and all mighty. I would stay away from this location. I've been shipping items I have sold on eBay for years. This man has an attitude and lies to people. I have also tried to talk with the post master about this and always get told they are busy and are never around.
