His attitude and overall demeanor showed a clear lack of care for customers. He seemed unwilling to put in even minimal effort; he would not even reach over to hand me my receipt. There was no greeting, no thank you, and no basic courtesy. The only words he offered were, “You have a number with us, there is your receipt.” What makes this especially concerning is that I observed a noticeably different level of service given to the white customers ahead of me. They received polite interaction and attentive service, which was a clear contrast to how I was treated. This discrepancy is troubling, and I believe it is important for the store to be aware of it and monitor these patterns in the future. I hope this matter is taken seriously, as respectful and equitable customer service should be a standard for all customers. Keep an eye on this guy, he’s going to cost you a nice hefty lawsuit someday.

She helped me in such a kind and courteous way, she stayed focused while asking co-workers to assist with the huge line almost to the door. On her 2nd plea for help others stepped into action. Avery made my first experience at the store such a pleasant one. I will defiantly be making the trip to Staples in Greenville even if its not the closest UPS or Amazon return center! I hope Avery gets the recognition she deserves! She saved my day! Thank you for helping me...
