  Emailed a print job which was done quickly and printed perfectly - Diana was kind and courteous and offered me an educator discount as I was printing flyers for an upcoming school recital! Very grateful and will be coming back again soon!

  I can’t say enough good things about Diana at this UPS Store—truly exceptional customer service. I needed to ship a very heavy, expensive piece of equipment out of state and was honestly nervous about doing it right. Diana worked with me over two days to guide me through everything—packing options, using my box vs. theirs, and especially how insurance works (what’s covered and what’s not), so I could make the best decisions. Even when the store was busy, she handled multiple customers seamlessly and never made me feel rushed. I came back the next day prepared, and she helped me complete everything smoothly. She even assured me she would personally pack the item to ensure it was done with excellence. We just moved to the area and had tried two other UPS stores where I didn’t feel comfortable. This location is already more service-focused—but Diana sets the bar. UPS should absolutely use her as the standard for customer service. Highly recommend—ask for Diana!

  I was shopping for P.O. Boxes and came across the service that UPS offers. I booked an appointment and worked with Diana who made this transaction extremely way too easy and way too quick. I feel confident about the decision I made and working with this local UPS team to help launch my business.
