Anytime I have something delivered, they never use a package box. Sometimes they don't even leave me a notice, and they never try to leave me a note on my door, I always have to call or go up there, and sometimes I can even get my package for days. Every time I have a package no matter the size, I have the same problem.

The woman in the front Patricia should be ashamed of how she treats the customers. She belittled me even though another gentleman was helping me and was telling customers I’m stupid for not knowing how to address a box properly. She was so incredibly rude that I left in tears. I just wanted to mail my nieces gift for Christmas. I observed her being rude to other people in line but she pointedly and loudly chose to pick me out and shame me. Isn’t she supposed to help, that’s why I came in was to get help mailing a box? Isn’t that her job to just instruct me where to put the address instead of yell at me that I’m wasting their time? She has been equally as horrible in the past at this location, every time I come in I see it. She needs to have a supervisor observe her on a shift and correct this abhorrent verbal abuse. It’s not acceptable USPS!

Did bother to take my out going mail today. Also tried to call and find out what's going on, and no way to talk to anyone. I got a long recording.
