I recently launched my own business and had been using another carrier but faced constant issues with lost packages. I decided to switch to FedEx, and Cathie made the transition seamless. She patiently answered all of my (many!) questions and went above and beyond to help me make the best shipping decisions for the seven packages I was sending that day. Her customer service was exceptional, and because of her, I’ll be creating a FedEx account for all of my small business shipping needs.
