Holly went above and beyond in assisting with my shipping needs and she is extremely courteous and professional and was more than happy to help in every way. I enjoyed my experience here all around also met Grace and the other employees and all were absolutely outstanding with their assistance. Highly recommend if you have any FedEx needs at this hotel.

My shipping wound up being twice as expensive just so I could receive poor, slow service. They act like they’re doing you a favor by doing their job and then they expect you to pay more for the privilege of not having your package delivered to you. Trash office with disgruntled employees. I suppose I’d be the same way if I knew I was stealing from people all day every day too.
