- ESEvan SmithOct 8, 20251.0Do NOT ship to this FedEx facility. You will wind up paying twice for less service. They charge both inbound and outbound handling fees. My shipping wound up being twice as expensive just so I could receive poor, slow service. They act like they’re doing you a favor by doing their job and then they expect you to pay more for the privilege of not having your package delivered to you. Trash office with disgruntled employees. I suppose I’d be the same way if I knew I was stealing from people all day every day too.

They quoted me $80 for a box and for an item weighing less than 10 pounds. Granted I have no problem paying a slightly higher shipping price due to the convince, but not for $80. So I got my own box and did my own packaging, total cost was $15 with shipping and supplies. I then then took the package back to Fedex to have them pick it up, and was charged a $15 handeling charge for using my own prepaid label. I expected to pay a few dollars, but not $15 just to drop off a package. Still cheaper than having them do everything for $80, but I don’t appreciate the excessive charges
