Very disappointed in the service! Asked for a wet signature on two, super important Priority packages that I was sending. The clerk assured me she hit the button to do so, after a lengthy discussion on why these were so important, only to find out she did not. Plus, it should only take 1-3 fays for delivery and one of the packages took 7 days to get to California!!! I will definitely be considering going paperless on all my bills and anything else moving forward.

I love this country post office! Very friendly and helpful service and Alana provided exceptional and excellent customer service when I made a mistake on a shipping address and had to go back in to change it out. Thank you Alana!! ❤️

I never thought I would love a post office but I really love this location! I go out of my way to do my business with the Grandview location solely based on the staff. They are incredibly friendly and welcoming and have gone out of their way when dealing with my wedding invites and baby shower thank you notes. I’ve mostly dealt with Dana and she is genuinely kind and always greets me with a smile! I’ve rarely had to wait to be serviced and I never feel dumb for asking questions.

They should have no stars because they are horrible leaving packages in the middle of the roads giving us someone else's mail and also losing my mail because either have 3 envelopes coming from a friend and never received them and my friend sent them out over month ago. I'm always calling and complaining to them! Getting upset more and more everyday!
