- LLLuanne LangleyJul 3, 20251.0Very disappointed in the service! Asked for a wet signature on two, super important Priority packages that I was sending. The clerk assured me she hit the button to do so, after a lengthy discussion on why these were so important, only to find out she did not. Plus, it should only take 1-3 fays for delivery and one of the packages took 7 days to get to California!!! I will definitely be considering going paperless on all my bills and anything else moving forward.

They are incredibly friendly and welcoming and have gone out of their way when dealing with my wedding invites and baby shower thank you notes. I’ve mostly dealt with Dana and she is genuinely kind and always greets me with a smile! I’ve rarely had to wait to be serviced and I never feel dumb for asking questions.

I'm always calling and complaining to them! Getting upset more and more everyday!
