- BDBarbara DitmoreAug 2, 20241.0My sisters medicine is mailed in a box from pill pack. THE post office delivery put the package in the small mail box. The box didn't fit so was hanging out and the door was opened. Fortunately my neighbor noticed it and brought her medicine to my door which the carrier should have done. I called to report issue and the and the man was rude and insisted a box would never put in the mail box that was too big. Wish my neighbor would have taken a picture but I will measure the box take it the post office and let him finish arguing his issue. Stay tuned for an update.
- SFStephanie FergusonDec 14, 20221.0Got the pictured mail today. 12/14/22. POST MARKED 10/19/22. 2 months to deliver a letter from the school in town to my house in the same city. It would be one thing if this was an isolated incident but it isn't. My kids birthday card was 'lost' but was returned to sender and arrived 2 months later with the correct address on it. Packages constantly say delivered days before they show up, if the mail carrier can be bothered to deliver them at all. What if this had been time sensitive mail? It's ridiculous.

My alert showed my package was delivered at my mail box I was walking to my box when the substitute carrier stopped at my box, she put one small package in it and drove off, didn't leave the other package or my first class mail. Called the PO after about 20 rings they finally answered the phone with an attitude, explained what happened gave them the tracking number was told my package was delivered to the wrong address (this happens way to often) I asked what they were going to do and was told they would deliver it when they get it back from the wrong people or I could go get it my self. B.S. told the guy not my job that it was there job to fix it, apparently he didn't like that and hung up.
