Before I start, just so everyone knows, complaints filed to this location just go to post master so dont waste your time. Even complaints to the USPS Inspector General are a waste. Also, appreciate the rest of the 1 star reviews. Its great to know that the Post master is in fact gaslighting us. Here we go, adding to the rest of the 1 stars. If I could choose negative stars I would. Im so glad I got to speak to Mr. Post master William C White this morning who, BTW, let us know they will stop delivering our packages. Strange because that would mean they were delivering them in the first place. We work from home, like many others in the reviews. And AGAIN were left a missed delivery sticker. How do you come up to the door to leave a sticker without knocking or ringing doorbell? Our delivery from last month didnt even leave a sticker we didnt find out until we checked our tracking. According to Mr post master: Good afternoon, this is Connor the Postmaster of Grand Saline. We spoke this morning, and I told you I would have the carrier attempt redelivery of your package. The carrier was at your house for 5 minutes honking and knocking on the door. Each blue dot is a GPS marker that are transmitted on 1 minute intervals. I have attached the GPS tracking with the time stamp noting the date and time. HONKING AND KNOCKING FOR 5 MINUTES? How does he even think thats true? Why are they in my yard? They only came up to the door to leave a sticker. PHOTO ATTACHED After my complaint Mr post master says: GPS is from her scanner. I don’t control that. As far as replying with this…it’s as good as you are getting because you cannot argue with a computer in her hand at your front door and mailbox. By the way, if she wasn’t there at YOUR house, how did the delivery notice YOU referred too in your complaint get on YOUR door. If our packages are now going to be held by the post office, I'll be sure to say hello to Mr. White each time I go in. God forbid people do the bare minimum at work.

If i could give them less than 1 star, i would. It would be bad enough if they just didn't do their jobs. They actively lie to your face. Claiming they sat outside knocking and honking with no response. I work from home and sit 10 ft from my front door. There was never a knock, or door bell. No they are threatening to withhold all packages because we dares to file a complaint because they couldn't do their job.

I would give them a negative 1,000 if I could. My alert showed my package was delivered at my mail box I was walking to my box when the substitute carrier stopped at my box, she put one small package in it and drove off, didn't leave the other package or my first class mail. Called the PO after about 20 rings they finally answered the phone with an attitude, explained what happened gave them the tracking number was told my package was delivered to the wrong address (this happens way to often) I asked what they were going to do and was told they would deliver it when they get it back from the wrong people or I could go get it my self. B.S. told the guy not my job that it was there job to fix it, apparently he didn't like that and hung up.
