  Don’t waste your time. They do not want to help you and don’t care. We had a pre-paid label but she refused to print it for us. Zero care for you.

  FedEx has gone down just as bad as USPS had. I've been at an established residence for 30 years and have had packages delivered here that whole time. In the last few years they routinely are claiming my "street address doesn't exist" out of nothing more than pure laziness. We've had to foght about this at least 20 times the last year always with them re-assuring us it's "new drivers" andd that they "have put our photo and phone numbers on file for any future issues". Funny because I had a frozen $250 shipment that was due to arrive today and they pulled the same 💩 once again. They refuse to attempt delivery today again, refuse to let me pick it up from the GP warehouse it clearlybstates they returned it to. Then tell me the drivers don't see any of the info on file nor are they allowed to call the phone numbers listed (which I thought she just confirmed they couldnt see 🤔), oh and also; my favorite "helpful tip...", I could request to pick it up, but it will take an additional 36-72 hours". Why thank you, so the food I already expressed concerns about maintaining temperature control because of your incompetent driver can now sit in your warehouse for an additional 3 days to ensure it is 100% ruined but that somehow helps me how? But now I'm supposed to believe that the same driver will try delivery again after reconfirming my address was and is still correct as labeled (for the thousandth time) will magically be able to find it tomorrow? You literally have 1 job. If the folks you hire can't find an address that has been delivered to daily for over 40 years, perhaps you're the problem.

  I was so impressed by the Customer Service at this location… I was compelled to write a review. Angela and Chuck run a tight ship over there. I had run into an issue with Office Depot and required a 24 hour turnaround for a fairly important project. Not only did FedEx make that happen for me, but they also offered me a slight discount because of how frustrated and dropped I felt with Office Depot. They will be getting my business from here on out!
