- KTkaruna thapaDec 29, 20251.0I wonder how these usps has 1 or 2 star rating. Now I figured out why. The level of rudeness is insane. I had a package that was not delivered and returned back to usps because I miss a suite number. I called the sender and contacted the usps before I went to this location to pick up my returned packages. I drive 40 min confirming beforehand that they have the package. She continuously told me I should have put the complete address, now she has to find my package. Isn’t that her job and she gets paid for what she does? If she doesn’t enjoy what she does she should simply leave. I am a business owner and feel soo happy when I am able to solve my customers problem.She just ruined my day. I have another package from same order that went back today morning but I am not going to go back.This is my first and worst experience with usps ever.
