    I have been trying to get my mail forwarded. Its been three months. I fill it out online and in person twice. The supervisor is combative with me as if i lied. Tge Office worker himself i filled out the paperwork and gave to him previously. She still telling me it isnt in the system. Also Berkley post office themselves called me and said i have mail on hold to release it. I requested the forwarding 3 times and the post office manager refuses to conduct a formal information and tells me to call consumer business center or something. I told that wont get me my mail. Can you call the post office to follow up and she refused and gave me the number. I called that number a week straight no answer. I am so upset. I am a big blk man and i couldnt continue to hold in my anger so i asked for that number and left. Being a big Black man its so hard to get my poing across cause the want me to act docile then they have no respect. When I talk like my size they intimidated. My mail is still in no mans land and GRAND PRAIRIE supervisors have not done anything on their end to open an inquiry. They basically telling me its not innthe system thats ypur fault. I said I physically filled out the the form innthis post office. She didnt even try to ask the Man to took my paperwork he was right there. He sent me to her cause he remember. I showed her its also on the post office if i filled out the form. So still no investigation and i dont have my mail. CRITICAL MAIL. i can here temporarily to help my ailing 85 yr old father and this is beyond a distater. I asked to please conduct and investigation and she refused over and over blaming me for not being in the system . I am so mad i forgot the Supervisor name short Blk Lady, she was dress like she was a church deaconess and acted very condescending to my concerns. I am still here at the post office filling this out I am so frustrated.

    I came to the post office today for my FBI Biometrics . The biometric machine is not working because of some charge issue's staff was helping me and manger was trying to help, and this guy walks from inside say's no hi or try to know the situation!! he asked me what passport was it and says we don't do biometric on passport, and walked away, Well, I have to say He does not seems working to me, I mean , come on I have my DL with me. I went to near by USPS in Mansfield and completed my biometrics.

    Every time I go in here Amy goes above and beyond to help me .She goes out here way to help me with whatever I need help with . She is very patient and kind and I really appreciate her . She always has a great attitude.
