I called and spoke with Corbin and he pulled it up on the camera and saw that Cinthia placed the label on my package and taped it down for me! I was just trying to get my parents their package and was absent minded! I've never made a mistake like this before. Thank you Corbin for your help!

Not only did she step in to make sure my problems were addressed. I also took notice to her assisting another customer with Internet connection. Unfortunately we haven’t had the problem resolved and I gave the system a couple of days to update the tracking as the other staff members advised me to do and now the cameras won’t go back far enough to see what happen the day the parcel was brought to the store! Still fighting and will follow up with management Monday
