    This particular FedEx steal people’s packages , I order from ssense it was showing my package in Newyork and the next mins it was delivered infront of my door knowing fully well the apt I live courier don’t drop package ag front door, and we have cameras. Everywhere up till now they refused to provide a proof of delivery , stealing peoples packages is a no for me , FedEx you need to do better with your staffs

    This place took a long time to help plus what I need wasn’t available. They were sending from one place to another place like I’m the one that knows where to go for what I need it. They are making impossible for regular people to use there’s service but for purchases online and ship out on there owns is fast.

    Horrible second time I had something shipped and your driver is not delivering. Why is my package in Memphis when I stay in Dallas MAKE IT MAKE SENSE. And all your drivers do is cause accidents on the road

    Hands down the most unreliable delivery company I’ve ever dealt with. Every “2-day air” package magically becomes a 4-day ordeal once it lands at their facility. My most recent shipment — my medication, no less — was marked out for delivery before being mysteriously “delayed due to an incorrect address.” Odd, considering my address was perfectly correct on every confirmation email. After multiple calls, I was assured it would arrive by 3 PM. It didn’t. The next day, I had to insist on picking it up myself. For a company handling time-sensitive deliveries, the lack of accuracy, urgency, and accountability is truly impressive — in all the wrong ways.
