My most recent shipment — my medication, no less — was marked out for delivery before being mysteriously “delayed due to an incorrect address.” Odd, considering my address was perfectly correct on every confirmation email. After multiple calls, I was assured it would arrive by 3 PM. It didn’t. The next day, I had to insist on picking it up myself. For a company handling time-sensitive deliveries, the lack of accuracy, urgency, and accountability is truly impressive — in all the wrong ways.
