Older gentlemen with white hair is not particularly helpful or friendly. Instead of helping me with correct information I needed to process an address change he told me “it’s taken care of” and I got a denial email. No warning given, nothing, just lied to my face and said he took care of it. Thanks, this will delay my moving process, appreciate the “help.”
