HORRIBLE customer service and they didn’t even know how to process my COD package. Took over 40mins just to get a package sent out. - I finally understand why customers get so frustrated with the USPS. - Funny thing is, I use to work here but quit due to the horrible treatment from management. (Not all post offices are this horrible) The Carriers are amazing, and so is Rhonda. Don’t hold anything against them, they do the best they can, with what they’re given.
